The NORTEC® technology that we use to polish concrete floors is one of a kind. First, it enables us to polish concrete completely dust-free. We can even renovate floors when other parts of a plant, warehouse, or store are in operation. While our competitors must apply gloss-enhancing sealers, we only use sealers that increase surface durability. NORTEC ® POLISH
Innovative concrete polishing agent
A smooth, scratch-resistant concrete floor is a sign of quality and durability. Thanks to our innovative NORTEC® POLISH formula, we guarantee perfectly smooth, beautifully reflective floors every time. There are no exceptions to this rule. Our concrete grinding process uses planetary machines that do not damage the substrate. Rather than using invasive techniques, we shave the surface without aggressive cut. We do not use diamond tools to grind concrete. We use NORTEC® POLISH!
NORTEC ® HARD
Colloidal silica concrete hardener
Sodium, potassium, and lithium silicates, or mixtures thereof, are used to polish concrete to strengthen its surface and reduce porosity. However, silicate hardeners are very limited in their ability to penetrate shake-hardened concrete. NORTEC® HARD works similarly to silicates but is much more effective on shake-hardened concrete, resulting in a higher-quality finish. NORTEC® HARD is a nanotechnology product that penetrates substrates well, creating hardened, dust-free, and hydrophilic surfaces.
NORTEC ® PROTECT
Additional protection of concrete against penetration and wear
Polishing concrete floors with NORTEC® POLISH makes them smoother, harder, more consolidated, and highly resistant to abrasion. However, they are not resistant to prolonged staining. In the final stage of polishing concrete, we use NORTEC® PROTECT, which is designed to protect polished concrete better from liquids penetrating deep into the floor. NORTEC® PROTECT also safeguards the surface from mechanical damage caused by wheels, sand, and dirt.
NORTEC® CLEAN
Effective cleaning of concrete floors to maintain their functional properties
A smooth, hardened, and protected polished concrete floor offers the ideal combination of functionality and aesthetics. With proper maintenance, these properties can be preserved for a very long time. We highly recommend our NORTEC® CLEAN concrete floor cleaning system for this purpose. Once you try it, you won’t want anything else! NORTEC® CLEAN effectively removes dirt without leaving a sticky residue or dulling the floor. Even untreated concrete floors become brighter and smoother over time with regular cleaning.
