NORTECFLOOR™ – polished concrete flooring
Probeton has been successfully manufacturing polished concrete floors in Poland and abroad for over a decade. The beginnings were not easy, as concrete polishing technology requires knowledge of a complex surface treatment process. Fortunately, after years of testing various solutions, we have implemented a system that enables the production of strong, durable, and economical concrete floors. Our method utilizes the latest advances in mechanical and chemical concrete treatment. Thanks to the NORTEC® system, we can now offer Nortecfloor™ – a functional, low-maintenance, and extremely durable polished concrete floor.
DURABLE SURFACES
A smooth, scratch-resistant concrete floor is a sign of quality and durability. Nortecfloor™ flooring is highly resistant to abrasion and beautifully reflects light. It performs well even in the most demanding conditions. Our unique concrete polishing process uses surface treatment techniques that do not damage the substrate. We use specially developed colloidal silica to polish concrete, which perfectly smoothes and consolidates concrete surfaces.

ECO-FRIENDLY CONCRETE FINISH
The use of thin-layer coating materials to protect concrete floors is costly over the entire life cycle of a facility. Moreover, they are not very effective and are highly susceptible to damage and defects. Every Nortecfloor™ floor we install outperforms the popular resin “paint job.” Thanks to a 4-step substrate protection system, the polished concrete floor has very low water absorption and increased chemical resistance. As a layer-free solution, it is also not susceptible to scratches, delamination, or moisture migration.
ECONOMICAL FLOOR MAINTENANCE
Smooth, reinforced, and protected Nortecfloor™ flooring has the necessary functional and aesthetic properties. With proper maintenance, these properties can be preserved for a very long time. For this purpose, we highly recommend our NORTEC® CLEAN cleaning system. Once you try it, you won’t want anything else! NORTEC® CLEAN effectively removes dirt without leaving a sticky residue on the surface or dulling the floor.
