A concrete finish in the showroom of an electric car manufacturer.

It’s another project for the automotive industry. This time, we were tasked with finishing the concrete floor of an electric car showroom located at an American brand’s German factory. The office implementing the project initially wanted to finish the concrete surfaces with sodium silicate. This system was used on industrial floors in the new plant. However, the showroom’s concrete floor was not smooth enough for impregnation alone. Furthermore, during construction, unprotected concrete surfaces often become damaged or stained. This was also the case here. Our company proposed repairing the defects and polishing the concrete floor as a finishing method. The concept was accepted, and we completed the finishing work at the end of 2024.
