Modern industrial flooring in the CNC machine hall

This is one of our projects from many years ago. We fondly remember using modern solutions for producing industrial floors even back then. The concrete mix for the floor contained copolymer fibers at a dosage of 4.5 kg/m³ to prevent steel fibers from protruding during grinding. Additionally, to improve the concrete’s rheology and adhesion of the mineral dry shake, we replaced part of the cement with metakaolin. Thanks to this solution, we were able to incorporate six kilograms of shake hardener into the concrete without delaminating the hardened layer. As a result of concrete grinding and polishing, we achieved beautiful exposed aggregate throughout the entire floor.
