CONCRETE FLOOR PROTECTION

NORTEC^® DENSE N was applied to the new surface after the recommended concrete curing period had elapsed. The substrate was lightly sanded and then treated with sodium silicate, which strengthens the surface and prevents dusting. Proper floor impregnation is key to increasing the finish’s durability.

CONCRETE FLOOR FINISHING

The new floor in the assembly hall was mechanically polished using NORTEC^® system products. The customer received an attractive, wear-resistant, and easy-to-maintain polished concrete finish that significantly outperforms troweled concrete.

CONCRETE FLOOR RENOVATION

The modernization of the production line at the industrial plant required floor renovation. The floor restoration process included dry concrete grinding, precise crack repair, and filling of anchor holes. In the next stage, the concrete floor was wet-smoothed, polished, and protected against stains and dirt using NORTEC^® system products.

CONCRETE FLOOR MAINTENANCE

Periodic floor maintenance work carried out during the technical shutdown of a convention and conference center. The flooring work included the removal of old polymer layers and the mechanical and chemical treatment of the floor. Innovative formulations based on NORTEC^® amorphous colloidal silicas were used to reinforce and protect the floor.

TILE REMOVAL AND RESIN STRIPPING: SURFACE PREPARATION

Effective renovation requires the removal of old layers. Using heavy-duty grinders and self-propelled scrapers, we dust-free remove damaged resin coatings, vinyl tiles, PVC flooring, adhesive residues, bitumen, and cement slurry. We carry out the work efficiently, preparing the substrate for new systems without disrupting the facility’s operations.

PLANETARY GRINDING – THE FOUNDATION OF A PERFECT FLOOR

At Probeton, we know that the key to a durable and beautiful floor is its perfect preparation. That is why the fundamental and most important stage of our work is professional concrete grinding. This is the first step in the process of creating a polished concrete floor, but grinding is also indispensable when preparing the substrate for resin floor coatings. Concrete floor grinding is performed using either dry or wet methods, always in a dust-free manner.

DIAMOND POLISHING – THE KEY TO DURABILITY AND SHINE

This is a key stage in our technology that transforms the appearance of both new industrial floors and older, refurbished floors. In this process, we use wet diamond concrete grinding techniques combined with colloidal silica nanotechnology. The end result is a perfectly smooth and highly abrasion-resistant floor made of polished concrete.

CHEMICAL LIQUID HARDENERS: PERMANENT STRENGTHENING AND DUST PREVENTION

We use modern, low-emission mineral liquid hardeners. Our liquid formulations react with the components of concrete, ensuring effective concrete hardening, complete elimination of dusting, and a permanent reduction in surface porosity on all types of industrial concrete.
