Professional Concrete Processing and Surface Protection
We use state-of-the-art systems for mechanical and chemical concrete processing that guarantee the highest durability of the surface. Our products are low-emission and environmentally safe, while significantly reducing floor maintenance costs throughout its entire service life. Thanks to our proprietary technologies for the renovation and finishing of concrete floors, you gain a durable surface while adhering to the principles of sustainable construction.
The applications for our systems are diverse: from dust-proofing new concrete, repairing dusty outdoor surfaces, and comprehensive restoration of industrial floors, to the installation of new decorative polished floors.

Grinding
The lowest level of concrete surface processing is ground concrete. If the abrasive medium is categorized according to grit, any grit abrasive below around 50-grit resin is regarded as a grinding stage. A ground concrete surface has a flat look, no reflection or minimal reflection, and occasionally has a low gloss.
The surface roughness of the ground concrete (Ra) ranges from 500 µin to 250 µin.

Honing
The following category of above-ground concrete in the processing system is honed concrete. Honing is defined as any grit abrasive between 100-grit resin and 400-grit resin. A honed concrete surface will appear matte and have a low, medium, or high gloss.
The surface roughness (Ra) of the honed concrete ranges from 250 µin to 64 µin.

Polishing
The highest level of processed masonry stage is polished concrete. Polishing is any grit abrasive above an 800-grit resin and generally up to 1,500 or 3,000 grit. Polished concrete surfaces have a glass-like sheen and mirror-like clarity.
The surface roughness of the polished concrete (Ra) ranges from 64 µm to 8 µm.

Impregnation
We use modern, low-emission mineral-based systems. Our liquid formulations react with the components of the concrete, ensuring effective concrete hardening, complete elimination of dusting and permanent reduction of surface water absorption on all types of industrial concrete.

Hydrophobic impregnation
Concrete is a reactive material. To prevent stains from spilled liquids (coffee, oil, juices, sugary drinks), we use professional protective sealants. These create a barrier that slows the penetration of aggressive substances and allows for quick removal of stains from the floor surface before permanent damage occurs.

Resin coatings
In environments where it is necessary to protect concrete against moderate to severe chemical aggression or meet other sanitary and technical requirements, we offer our customers proven and easy-to-apply systems based on fast-curing resin coatings.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
- Surface roughness (Ra): We minimize it, ensuring easier cleaning and extreme abrasion resistance.
- Image Sharpness (DOI): We deliver a natural, deep, and clear gloss. We don’t cut corners—we don’t use “burned-in” polymer coatings or cheap tools that only produce a short-lived, artificial effect.
- Slip measurement (DCOF): Measurements of the dynamic coefficient of friction taken directly on the floor. Real-world results obtained on-site at the customer’s location that demonstrate why polished concrete is safe.
Benefits for Your Business - Implementing our solutions leads to real savings and improved work standards:
- Lower energy costs: The polished surface reflects light exceptionally well, brightening the room.
- Easier maintenance: A specialized floor cleaner allows you to remove dirt without dulling the floor.
- Safety: The surfaces are non-flammable, antistatic, and have certified slip-resistant properties (in accordance with the PN-EN 16165 standard).
- Product Cleanliness: Completely eliminating concrete dust improves indoor air quality and protects your products.
