The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

1. How do we protect personal data?
All employees who have access to personal data must comply with internal rules and processes related to the processing of personal data in order to protect it and ensure confidentiality. They are also required to comply with all technical and organizational security measures put in place
to protect personal data. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data of our Contractors against unauthorized, accidental, or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, misuse, disclosure, or access, and against any other unlawful forms of processing.
2. How long is personal data processed?
The period for which the Administrator stores your personal data is limited in time. Personal data will be stored for the period during which the data must be stored in accordance with applicable regulations (e.g., the period of storage of accounting records) or the period of limitation of claims under concluded contracts or for the duration of the warranty or guarantee. If you consent to the processing of your personal data after the termination of the contract, it will be stored until you withdraw your consent.
3. Who is your personal data shared with?
In order to properly perform the agreements concluded with you, the Controller is entitled to share your personal data with the following categories of persons: 1. a) authorized employees and associates, 2. b) entities processing personal data on behalf of the Controller, 3. c) external entities to whom the transfer of data is necessary for the performance of the contract (postal operators, transport companies, banks, etc.).
4. What are the rights regarding the processing of personal data?
The data subject has the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Personal data collected by Probeton Sp. z o.o. is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
