Adapting the flooring to meet the new investor’s requirements.

We found this project interesting because of the type of floor we renovated. Rolled concrete is rarely used for industrial flooring in Poland. However, many buildings in Germany have this type of flooring. Rolled concrete is a wet concrete mixture that is laid in horizontal layers and compacted with a vibrating roller. The goal of the project was to adapt the floor to the new owner’s requirements. The company is a market leader in custom solar panels. The new owner wanted a smooth, safe, easy-to-maintain finish that complied with sustainable building requirements. Our polished concrete technology, with a satin finish, perfectly matched the project’s objectives. Additionally, we repaired cracks, linear drainage channels, and expansion joints.
