Floor modernization for a distribution center

Our company renovated the floor of an old production plant for its new owner, a manufacturer of HVAC control equipment. We selected a polished concrete finish to meet the requirements of their distribution center in Germany.

The scope of work included:

• removal of three resin flooring systems
• repair of anchor holes
• repair of cracks in the floor
• concrete polishing
• finishing of columns with resin coatings

Renovation and repair work was carried out over the course of four weeks on an 8,700 m² area. As a result, the customer obtained a high-quality, easy-to-maintain, non-slip concrete finish. Due to the positive assessment of our work, an additional order was placed for the renovation of the floors in the adjacent rooms.
